If one should put a label on us it would be the Gastropub. In our own definition we are just a neighbourhood restaurant that happens to focus on artisan beverages and seasonal cuisine, situated within 10 minutes tube ride from Stockholm City centre. We make as much as we can inhouse and foodstuff that we don't make ourselves we source from likeminded small scale suppliers of all kinds. We favour seasonal and organic produce, wines and beers and we discovered that we get sustainability in our business model “for free” when adhering to that ethos. We also like the ambiance that our guests bring with them when visiting us. See you next time.

Since 2015

Neighbourhood restaurant, Bar and Gastropub all in one

The founders of Restaurant Hybrid are Lotta & Patric and their respective cv’s contain work in Michelin starred restaurants, gastropubs and BIBs in Sweden and England. With that in mind, it felt natural for them to ground their restaurant in that mix when they opened up Hybrid in 2015. Their cuisine is seasonally & artisan based using the best ingredients sourced from carefully selected suppliers. With sustainability in mind, they use modern, traditional and sometimes ancient techniques such as fermentation in order to enhance flavours of the produce purchased for the day.
